The building can be entered from Berri Street, Ontario Street, Savoie Avenue or De Maisonneuve Boulevard, directly from the Berri-UQAM metro station or from the underground parking lot. The library also serves the needs of users beyond its walls,by offering remote access to a true virtual library. The Grande Bibliothèque is a place to make discoveries, study, borrow abook, film or disc, read newspapers and magazines, watch a video or listen to a sound recording. You can also visit an exhibition, meet writers, attend a debate, surf the Internet, learn a new language, prepare a job search, try out software and even compose and record your own creations in an electronic music room.
